Our Progressive Classes
Progressive Boxing as well as our Pro box classes are for all levels, It is a pure boxing class. An intense workout teaching you all the fundamentals as well as advanced. Hardcore workout for everyone. Burning 500-1000 calories. Kids Classes also available
Hitting a bag is one thing, but learning how Boxing really works with a sparring partner is another.
-Contact drills, learning defense, offense, timing and conditioning
-Actual Sparring rounds, including how to use the ring, cornerwork, inside work, tactics, and movement.
CrossBox Strength class
Crossbox is a workout comprised of HITT training, tabata, body weight exercises as well as weight training. Boxing is done in this class as well but it is more of a conditioning class.
